The ongoing Covid19 pandemic forced a lot of employees to stay and work from home. In the past few months, a lot of companies had to close their offices and temporarily stop their operations. As months passed and restrictions were lifted, a lot of employees still remained skeptical with going back to work; they chose to continue working from their homes instead. The sense of security and safety staying at home offers, with less face-to-face interaction with other people became a preferred situation for most employees.
